Cize is a fun, choreographed, hip-hop workout, developed by Shaun T of Insanity fame. Lots of early 90s style primary colors with a touch of the street, à la In Living Color. To accentuate the dancer's movements, decided to go with brush strokes, noise, and dispersion effects to make a spray paint like effect.
